A pool inspection is a close look at the whole pool: deck, shell, equipment, safety barriers, electrical bonding and leaks. It costs $350 for residential and commercial pools, and our technicians are NSPF CPO Certified.

What we look at

  • Pool decking, the pool body, surrounding grade and drainage
  • Child safety devices
  • Fencing, gates and barriers
  • Pumps, motors and visible plumbing lines
  • Water chemistry information
  • Cleaning equipment, skimmers and drain covers
  • Filters and heaters
  • Electrical: bonding and GFI circuit breakers
  • Electronic leak detection

Why get one

  • Find problems you wouldn’t notice from the deck
  • Know how much life a liner has left, so you can plan the replacement
  • Understand the safety conditions you’ll be responsible for
