What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, the service you need and your answers to our questions, any photos you add, and how you’d like us to contact you.

If you choose to be contacted by text, we also record that you agreed: the wording you saw, the time, and your IP address.

How we use it

We use it to answer your request and keep our service records. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Photos

Photos you add are resized in your browser, which removes the location data stored inside them. We store them privately and share them with our office through links that expire.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores requests and photos for us. Resend delivers the email that tells our office about your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person; it runs when you open the request form.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 12 months, then delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies and doesn’t load third-party trackers.

Text messages

If you choose text, we use it only to respond to your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
